Vet Tech Programs | Accredited by the AVMA CVTEA:

  • Colby Community College - Located in the northwest corner of Kansas, Colby Community College is home to the On-Campus Veterinary Technology Program, which is fully accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the new Distance Learning (Online) Veterinary Technology Program, which recieved AVMA accreditation in September 2014.
  • KC's Metropolitan Community College - KC’s Metropolitan Community College’s Maplewoods campus has a vet tech program, which has been fully accredited by the AVMA since 1975 and a post graduation placement rate of 100 percent.

Training Programs:

  • Kansas State University Olathe – K-State Olathe is more than just a campus — it’s a stakeholder in the community. Professionals in the Kansas City metro area come to the Olathe campus to collaborate with industry professionals, advance in their careers and become a solid asset in their organization.
