Engagement of Animal Health Industry with the Corridor
The Kansas City Animal Health Corridor (KCAHC) will be a conduit for interaction within the animal health industry. The KCAHC’s assets, initiatives and successes will be shared to allow the region to be known worldwide as the center of the animal health industry.
Public Policy Development Efforts
The KCAHC will support federal and State Legislation and policies that will advance and promote the KCAHC assets and resources through our partnerships and links to organizations that are primarily focused on public policy for the industry. The KCAHC will aslo be supportive of the effort to attract the state and federal funding necessary to operate the NBAF facility in the Corridor. We support education, outreach and building stakeholder coalitions who support our goals.
Workforce Development
Develop workforce strategies to attract and retain a workforce skilled in key competencies meeting the needs of KCAHC companies and entities.
Advancing Innovation
The KCAHC will be a conduit for advancing innovation within the animal health industry.
