The KC Animal Health Investment Forum 1:1 Business Partnering

The KC Animal Health Investment Forum Business Partnering program allows all attendees to take full advantage of all the business connections accessible at the event.

The Business Partnering program is an instrumental portion of the Investment Forum, allowing attendees the opportunity to arrange and pre-schedule 20-minute meetings. Attendees will receive login information and instructions for creating a profile after July 27. Once the login credentials are established, attendees can create a profile and begin the process of requesting and scheduling meetings in the Business Partnering program.

Business Partnering Mobile Platform
The online partnering site is fully compatible with Apple and Android phones, as well as tablets. This allows remote access to attendee profiles, meeting schedules and more.

Private Meeting Space
There will be a dedicated area where scheduled meetings will take place at individually numbered tables. Although most meetings are generally one-to-one, there are extra chairs available for any colleagues to join a meeting. Onsite directional signage will point attendees to the meeting space. There will also be KC Animal Health Corridor employees and volunteers onsite to provide direction and meeting assistance. In the private meeting space, the tables will be numbered. Attendees are asked to arrive promptly at the correctly numbered table for all scheduled meetings to ensure smooth transitions between scheduled meetings. Attendees will be alerted when time is up and encouraged to move to their next scheduled meeting.

Help Desk
There will be a Business Partnering help desk located outside of the private meeting space where attendees will be directed to their scheduled meetings. The schedule located on the Business Partnering app will list all individuals' scheduled meeting times, the people attending the scheduled meeting and the corresponding table number(s).

There will be no printed conference materials. For information on how to access digital conference materials and schedules, click here
